Best case scenario: next working day
Orders placed on a working day before 4 PM are shipped the same day. We ship with A-Post, the priority service of Swiss Post. Usually Swiss Post delivers the next working day, incl. Saturday. Sometimes Swiss Post takes up to 2 working days. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Orders placed after 4 PM, on the weekends or during public holidays (in canton St. Gallen) will be shipped the next working day.
Disclaimer: we ship some orders as a package, for example when an order includes more than 2 test kits. Packages are not delivered on Saturdays.
💡 MyPost24 is the most reliable way to receive your order the next working day. Therefore, we offer this as a separate option during checkout (at a surcharge). Make sure to enter your MyPost24 details correctly before finalizing your order!
Confirmation & tracking
Once your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation email. As A-Post doesn't come with tracking, we have no information on the status once we've handed over your order to Swiss Post. For packages, the shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. If you can't find that email, use our Order status widget to find out when your order was shipped.
Delivery issues
Should your order not have arrived after 2 working days, contact us. Before getting in touch, please verify:
Is your name clearly written on the mailbox?
Is the address correct?
