Labs
Our lab partners are Bioanalytica and MCL. Here you can find out which lab is analyzing a test. The labs work on the following days:

Most analyses are performed daily. Exceptions:
360° Allergy Check - about 1 week
Basic Allergy & Hayfever Check - about 1 week
Colon Cancer Screening - up to 4 business days
HPV Check - 8-10 days
Older test kits are analyzed by MEDISYN SA. This may cause a delay of 1 business day. In general, this applies to tests sold before September 2025. Here you can find out which lab is analyzing a test.
Swiss Post
Orders
Orders are generally shipped via A-Post. A-Post takes 1-2 days and is also delivered on Saturdays. Large test kits (all blood tests except Premium STD) are shipped via PostPac Economy. PostPac Economy takes 2-3 business days and is not delivered on Saturdays.
At checkout, there is the option to choose PostPac Priority for an additional fee. PostPac Priority is generally delivered the next business day, but not on Saturdays.
Samples
All samples are sent to the labs via A-Post. This generally takes 1-2 days, including Saturday.
