Easter covers a long weekend. Swiss Post services are limited and slower than usual. Our partner labs are closed during the public holidays. Therefore our service levels differ from the usual ones. Find out below what that means for sampling and order delivery.
Sampling
If possible, postpone taking your samples till after Easter. Consult below table for an estimate of when your samples will arrive at the lab and be analyzed. Find out here whether your samples go to Lucerne or Lausanne.
