Addressing correctly
When you place an order using MyPost24, make sure to enter your MyPost24 address correctly. Important information to include:
Your MyPost24 (or PickPost) User-ID
The name of the MyPost24 pickup point
Enter this information to the checkout as done in the following example:

If you don't have a MyPost24 User-ID yet, set up an account at https://www.post.ch/en/customer-center/pickpost-mypost24.

To find the nearest MyPost24 (or PickPost) location to deliver to, use the Swiss Post website: https://places.post.ch/location-search.
Click on the desired location and then on Addressing to find the address details:
Charges
We charge extra for MyPost24 delivery, as it comes with extra packaging and postage costs. Please select and pay for MyPost24 as a delivery option during checkout.
