Generally speaking, our tests are for self-payers. Every now and then, customers report that their healthcare insurer reimburses part of the costs. This is then covered by their supplementary insurance. We do recommend contacting your insurer upfront, to discuss if any costs are covered. If so, kindly get back in touch once the analyses for your tests have been completed. (Only) then we can write a detailed invoice, as these need to include a list of analyses + the analysis date.
