Christmas and New Year / Berchtoldstag are both followed by a weekend. Swiss Post services are limited and slower than usual. Our partner labs are closed during the public holidays. Therefore our service levels differ from the usual ones. Find out below what that means for sampling and order delivery.
Sampling
If possible, avoid the Christmas holidays for taking your samples. Consult below table for an estimate of when your samples will arrive at the lab and be analyzed. In case of doubt, find out here where your samples go.

Exceptions to the regular shipping times:
Wednesday 24th of December onwards: orders placed after 9 AM are shipped Monday 29th of December
Wednesday 31st of December onwards: orders placed after 9 AM are shipped Monday 5th of January
Delivery is subject to the performance of Swiss Post.
